I Am Not In The World. The World Is In Me.

A night of scary, howling winds blowing through my condo building kept me up and distressed although I was tired and had been irritated by red, blotcy itches all over my body.

My level of comfort was at red alert that I had to desperately put on OM meditation chants on youtube to uplift and empower me to summon protection.

Waking up the next morning, there was a calm after the storm. Tree branches and leaves had broken off from the big trees and were strewn all over the roads and grass -- proof of nature's tantrum last night.

A sweet coolness danced in the air and I went out walking in renewed awareness.

Before that, I had read that the #LondonAttack had just happened. A sense of outrage. Not again. The world is falling into victimhood and helplessness, not led by lies, but by deceit.

My friend asks me what is OM? I subscribe to the awareness that OM is a vibration of the universe, a sense of my individual power aligned with the greater universe as "I am."

I am not in the world. The world is in me.

Therefore, I create my world.

What is your world?
